Exporting/Copying NJSHAD Tables

Excel

Open the desired NJSHAD results page in your browser and launch Excel (if it is not already running).

Move your pointer to somewhere above the first line of the data table. Click and drag to select the rows you want. When the desired area is highlighted, right click on it and choose "Copy." Or you can copy by pressing CTRL+C (Windows) or Command+C (Mac).

In Excel, click in the cell where you want the table to begin. Then "Paste" your data, using the right-click menu or by pressing CTRL+V (Windows) or Command+V (Mac).

The table should paste cleanly into Excel so that only cosmetic adjustment is necessary, generally by resizing columns. After highlighting the columns, choose Format/Columns/Width to enter a uniform size, or AutoFit Selection for automatic sizing. Alternatively, on the "A B C" column header bar, you may drag column divider lines to the widths you want.

Word

The instructions for copying tables to Word are basically the same as for Excel.

Printing

All NJSHAD indicator reports and query result pages are optimized for printing. Simply choose Print as you always do.
